What’s Happening in 2013-2014 with Tauck

We sat down with Tauck and got some insight into what’s new this season. Check out the below. We’re so excited about their Gold Rush theme cruise in Alaska!
- Tauck announced that it’s dropping the single supplement for Category 1 cabins on each of its 2013 European adventure cruises. The savings apply to every departure on all 14 of Tauck’s European river cruise itineraries.
- Tauck’s 2013 river cruise plans include the launch of two new itineraries on the Rhone, “Bon Voyage: France Family River Cruise” (part of the Tauck Bridges collection of family-specific trips), and “Artistic Impressions: Monte-Carlo to Paris,” which highlights art culture and history.
- Highlights from these cruises include special activities in Paris, such as a scavenger hunt in the Louvre and the opportunity to play petanque in Viviers on the “Bon Voyage” cruise and guided tours of the Chagall and Matisse museums in Nice and tracing van Gogh’s footsteps in Arles during the “Artistic Impressions” cruise.
- For the second year in a row, Tauck has been named the “World’s Best River Cruise Line for Families” by the readers of Travel + Leisure magazine in the end of 2012.
